I’m currently a PhD student and research assistant in the Department of Human-Centered Design and Engineering (HCDE) at the University of Washington advised by Dr. Charlotte P. Lee.
My research work focuses on the sociotechnical practices of data-intensive collaborative knowledge work of domain scientists. I am particularly interested in the coordinative work involved in producing and integrating large heterogenous datasets for collaborative analysis (using AI-based methodologies) and how it’s transforming scientific knowledge discovery and the establishment of trust in data, algorithms, and results.
